Teaching Pedagogy

We have a general framework that we use to approach short courses and then adapt it based on the needs of the client. The 70-20-10 model is at the forefront of learning and development discussions, in which 70% of learning is through experience; 20% from social learning with colleagues; and 10% through formal learning such as classroom learning and online courses. At UAlberta, we work hard to go beyond formal in-class learning and blend both experience and social learning elements.
